Before placing your order, kindly make sure you have selected the correct products, verified all details, and cross-checked your cart before confirming payment.

  5. Our collection includes anti-tarnished jewellery, Korean jewellery (for both men and women), hair accessories, and Press On Nails. 
  6. All our pieces are carefully chosen and crafted to ensure premium quality. 
  7. Please note: slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or the handmade nature of products.

  10. • All prices are listed in INR (₹). 
  11. • Prices may change without prior notice. 
  12. • Payments are accepted only through UPI. 
  13. • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  16. • Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.
  17. • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. 
  18. • Diora is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances. 
  19. • All over Karnataka deliveries are available. 

  21. 5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges 
  22. • Due to hygiene reasons, Press On Nails and hair accessories are non-returnable. 
  23. • Jewellery returns or exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects, reported within 48 hours of delivery (along with an unboxing video as proof).
  24. • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method.

  27. • Store jewellery in a dry, airtight box to prevent tarnishing. 
  28. • Avoid contact with water, perfume, and direct sunlight. 
  29. • Handle Press On Nails gently and reuse them only with care.

  32. All designs, images, and content under Diora – Tips & Treasure are owned by the brand. 
  33. Any kind of duplication, resale, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

  36. Diora is not liable for any skin reactions, breakage due to mishandling, or allergic responses caused by materials.
